Arrival Leh in the morning and transfer to the hotel. Full day of rest for acclimatization to the high altitude of Leh (11,500 ft / 3500 mtrs). Evening explore Shanti Stupa and Leh Market. Overnight in hotel.
After breakfast, visit Shey Palace, Thiksey Monastery, Hemis Monastery. Post Lunch drive to Stok Palace and museum across river Indus and back to Leh . Visit Hall of fame and Leh Palace and Overnight in hotel.
After breakfast leave for Nubra Valley, driving across Khardong-la (alt: 18,380 ft). After descending from the pass, drive on for sightseeing of Sumoor area. Later check into a fixed camp in the same area or drive across to Deskit for overnight stay in a camp
In the morning visit / explore Deskit, Hundar and the Sand Dunes where you can enjoy a short camel safari using the double-humped Bactrian camel found here (optional on direct payment). Later drive back to Pangong Tso Lake via Shayok. Check in at your hotel / Camp near the Pangong Lake and enjoy the beautiful evening . Dinner and Overnight at the hotel/ Camp
After leisurely breakfast drive back to Leh. Stop at Chang-la pass (alt: 17370 ft.) second world highest. Arrive in Leh and you have your own time to enjoy with the beautiful and colourful market in Leh.. Overnight at hotel in Leh.
Today you have an interesting day by driving west to see Pathar Sahib gurudwara / Magnetic hill / confluence of Zanskar and Indus. Continue to follow river Indus and stop at Achinathang to see the monolithic Rock Art. Arrive at Beema Lastyang and check in at your Camp and enjoy the beautiful evening. Overnight stay at Camp
Full day explore the Aryan Valley villages and Drok pa community. Dah, Hanu and Beema, Garkon are some of the major villages. Have a day hike to Photang and back to the camp site and Dinner and overnight stay at Camp.
After breakfast drive to reach at last border called Batalik and further to Shashi La pass. You have to trek little for half an hour to reach at the top. Offers and incredible view of Pakistan Border - Suru Valley and Kashmir valley, Nun and Kun peaks which are the highest in the region are visible from this point. Drive to Himbotingla pass and further down to Kargil and overnight stay.
After breakfast drive to Drass to see Kargil war memorial. Drive back to Leh and en route explore Mulbekh - Fatu La pass and stop at Lamayuru monastery. Further drive will take you to enroute stop at Alchi monastery the oldest in Ladakh approx 1000 years old and only one built on flat ground. You will get dropped at your hotel in Leh
After breakfast you will get transferred to the airport in Leh for onward destination
