Morning you will have long drive from Leh via crossing two passes called Singgela & Sirsirla. La mean = Pass, It will be drive of 320 Km approx. and it will take around 8 hrs. At the beginning the road is good 120 Km then around 160 Km you have to drive on offroad at last 50 km is good road. You will find beautiful views on the ways. On way visit Zangla Castle and Nunnery, Stongde Monastery, drive to wards city of Zanskar.Padum is the head quarter of Zanskar.
Overnight in Hotel at Padam Zanskar
Today you will visit around the central Zanskar. You will visit two beautiful monastery called Karsha and Sani. Holy lake, kanika Stupa at Sani,You will find beautiful view from the both monasteries.
After lunch drive towards south to Sheela Water fall, back to Hotel
Overnight Hotel Padum.
After rod end trek to ancient Monastery of Phuktal Gonpa. Which is found in 11th Century by CHANGSEM SHERAB ZANGPO. Gonpa is situated in a tiger mouth cave, in 1924-1926. A Hungarian scholar named Kored de scoma was spend their for meditation. Trek back to Purne.
These day might be a pleasant journey through villages. Moreover world famous rock standing Holy Mount of Gonbo Rangjon. After lunch cross the Shingkula pass, descending towards Himachal parades territory. Jispa, Keylong, Tandi, Sissu, via Atal Tunnel get to Manali. Drive 7-8 hrs.
